I do a class at the gym 3 days a week....they have child watch and it is my "Me Time".

I run with my kids in a double stroller in our neighborhood also which I love because I really prefer to run outdoors, but I do run at the gym

I used to work out at home, in the living room, but I just can't now with the kids under my feet....they crawl around me and under me and I just can't focus, lol

I've done both. I really felt a draw for sociallization when I go to the gym which was both good and bad. My schedule is hectic so talking to people puts me behind but it sure is nice to talk to people. When I worked out at home, it was great to not be bothered but I didn't push myself as much.

I ended up starting another gym membership recently and get better results. I enjoy being around other fit people.

I used to work out in a gym using a power rower, three to five times a week when I lived on Malaysia, however I moved to a rural area of the Philippines, and don't really like working out at home, there is little room, certainly not for a power rower,

I now train in the great outdoors, using a sea kayak or a mountain bike and I try to do this 3 times a week. today was a challenge on my mountain bike due to recent heavy rain, I was exploring an offroad track which nearly got the better of me, the mud was sticky and slippery, so at times it was hard just to walk up the hills let alone ride. Not knowing exactly where the singletrack path led to was a bit of a worry and when I reached a gate I thought all was lost and I would have to return, however I was lucky as after passing through the gate, which was the back of a police compound, I rejoined the old road that led me home.

I'm Wahm, so for me to go to the gym is almost the same as to go to work in the office.
So I prefer to work out at home and there is no need to use special tools for it!

I can't tell you how many at home workout programs I have and have barely opened the box lol! I know they work, but I can't seem to get a workout done at home because I have laundry, the kitchen or kids demanding my time. I'm with Jayme, I like to go to the gym and my youngest stays in the kid center (she LOVES it there) and I get my me time.

I run in a gym right now because I live in a VERY hot and humid atmosphere...when it cools down in January I might start going outside lol!

I workout at home, although I love the gym!! I have a double jogging stroller and my kids love going for jogs with me. Been doing pushups and situps as well. Any other at home suggestions for staying fit and toning???

Jess

Gym, simply cuz I have free access at the military base. They need to get more kettlebells, though - they only have one of each size.

I've been working out at the gym lately. I go to Zumba and TurboKick classes. Once a week I have a personal training session where my trainer has been teaching me to do strength training without equipment. It's hard and I really have to push myself. When I'm not taking a class I do my personal workout. I'm starting to like running more.

I do like doing my Zumba at home but haven't had to since I go to Zumba 3 days a week.

At home via Xbox Kinect - totally love it! Keeps me interested and engaged. I love Gunstringer, UFC Trainer, Rise of Nightmares - my wife loves Zumba and Dance Central..
