I workout at home. A chin bar and dumbbells is all I need - and some iron maiden to keep me going!

Hi,

I've worked out at home, then joined the gym because it was cheaper than buying all the weights, barbells, etc I wanted, but I barely used the membership there, so it was really a waste for me.

Thanks

I can't go to a gym so I try at home - My Wii helps a lot and I use Denise Austins DVDs. I like her

Default Home!

I workout at home for a whole lot of reasons.

*I get my kids involved (4 of them!)
*My husband and I workout together
*We use part of our tax refunds to get some new things each year
*I can push myself and not have to worry about others watching me or trying to talk to me and I don't have to wait for machines that somebody didn't wipe off.

Default I've Done Both!

I've worked out both at home and at the gym. I have noticed that for me, in order to get good results at home, I have to vary my routine. So I do videos, use the Wii, jump rope, etc. One of the best "games", I've ever used is EA Active. They have it for both Wii and Kinect. The 30-day Challenge is a killer!

With our family schedule... I only have time to work out at home right now. I would love to go to the gym, but right now... just no time!

at home, I don't think I would do it very much if I had to leave the house, I walk outside but that is the only exercise I do outside of the home.

I always work out at home but would like to join my local gym as I feel it would motivate me to do more exercise.
