I drink half my body weight in ounces. Meaning, I weight 230 lbs, so I drink 115 ounces of water each day. I have a lot of trips to the restroom.

I drink about a gallon a day also. I gave up soda too and within the first week i felt better and lost a few pounds.

I think its important when you think you are hungry to try and drink a glass of water. Many confuse what they think is hunger for what is really dehydration. Once i made that change too I noticed most of the time I was satisfied with the water and did not need snacks, etc.

Portion control, water and 30 mins of a form of exercise a day can make a huge difference... Eating a healthy breakfast is a must! I was not a breakfast person and it was my biggest challenge to eat it... On the cusp of turning 40 I see my body is not metabolizing as fast so with the water, portion control, light exercise and breakfast every morning I'm seeng results!

Have a great week everyone and drink water!

Michelle

I drink about a gallon of fluid a day. This consists of pure water, lemonade and peppermint tea. I weigh 116 lbs so that's a LOT for me!

Because I have many food sensitivities, I live for my lemonade . Here's my recipe ~ so yummy. It provides almost half my daily iron needs from the aloe vera juice. I make it in a large 20 oz coffee mug.

Fill mug with ice
1/8 C lemon juice
1/4 C organic aloe vera juice
Liquid stevia to taste

Enjoy

Great recipe!! I like that you put the aloe in.. I do that also. Aloe Gold is what I use.. The only thing I need to try is Stevia. How do you like that?

We are supposed to drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. It helps to wash out the toxins and keep our body healthy. Only its a little difficult to remember to have that much water.

I'd also say I drink a gallon a day. I'm in the restroom every 90 minutes, it seems lol. People think I'm crazy!

I use Smart Basics Organics Aloe Vera. How do you like Aloe Gold?

Beware that the grocery store packets of stevia such as "Stevia in the Raw" really have sugar in them (dextrose). Liquid stevia lasts forever and you can pick it up online at places like Vitacost for a good price. I am totally hooked on it .

My new fav is flavored liquid stevia!!! The English Toffee is so yummy in my plain yogurt and granola . It's also supposed to be awesome in oatmeal. I just ordered Chocolate-Raspberry, Root Beer and Apricot Nectar. The reviews said that the Chocolate Raspberry is awesome in coffee and that the Apricot Nectar works great in iced tea. You mix the Root Beer stevia with sparkling water and ice. Can't wait to try that one!

There's other flavors like Orange, Strawberry, Vanilla Creme, Lemon, etc .

Have a great Monday girls !

I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, so I drink a glass of water per day and it's really enough for me. I guess that I receive a lot of water from the food and my body doesn't need any water at all.
