Question Best meal replacement bars?

Does anyone eat them? I have tried slim fast and special K bars today I will grab the South beach ones to test out. ~Amy~

I love the ones from Mela and Shaklee.

Shaklee ones for sure. Got talked into trying the Special K ones by my friend when we were shopping and just about gagged. Kids wouldn't eat them either (except for the youngest who doesn't care LOL)

I'm doing Body for Life and have been testing the many bars they have at Wal-Mart. To best fit the "diet" I am on, I look for bars that are pretty equal in protein and carbs. I only like the crunchy bars - the chewy bars do not taste good to me at all! The brands I like most are the Colossal cookies and cream (something like that), the EAS Myoplex Lite Chocolate Chocolate Chip crisp, and I also like the Marathon Snickers energy bars.

ETA: You can find these in the vitamin section close to the pharmacy
