Have you tried increasing your vitamin D levels? Is your thyroid too high or too low? D helps for both. I would suggest doing some research on it. I had trouble staying warm and couldn't pinpoint it. I suspected something with my thyroid and now I stay really warm.
I started taking extra Vitamin A also, because of something else and I noticed that it really made my appetite drop. I stopped craving a lot of junk I used to want. Most of it I turn my nose up at now. Zinc has helped as well and is also important in glucose regulation as are the other two. If you like, you can take the wellness review in my signature line. It might give you some clues what you might need. It comes with a short consultation. I wish you well in finding the right solution. |

Have you looked into the the Low GI way of eating? A large majority of countries, a side from the US, use this method to control/manage diabetes. I have a heart condition that I felt was largely caused by the ups and downs of my blood sugar and consequent heart rate. If you are interested I can share some of the info I have gathered. I have been following the Low GI way of eating and taking supplements for almost 7 weeks now and I have lost 20 pounds. Best of luck and please let me know if I can provide any more info |
