Default Do You Drink Energy Drinks Before Working Out?

I drink sugar free Red Bull about 30 minutes before working out and it seems to really kickstart my workouts especially if I am feeling slugish. Does anyone else use energy drinks to help them?

I don't do energy drinks, but I do have coffee every morning. I might do a cup of green tea before if feeling really blah.

When I need energy before a workout( I usually wake up feeling rested), I use Freelife's CHI 3.

It gives steady and smooth energy all day without the highs and lows.

I don't drink an energy drink, but I do eat an energy bar 15 minutes before my workouts, I use Access Bars. It is a patented bar which pulls energy from your fat cells which help prevent muscle fatigue. This gives you a longer and higher endurance cardio workout. It is designed to prevent latic acid buildup in the muscles. Without the buildup, you don't get sore the next day.

Cool OMGosh..

I am not a doctor, but I absolutely would not use stimulants before or during exercise..

Seems this artificially speeds up you heart rate, when your exercise will do that for you, naturally!

Nope, when I drink energy drinks I really find it hard to sleep. I just take coffee or milk before I go to work.
