I drink Shakeology before my workouts. It has all my daily vitamins and minerals, plus the protein I need for energy.

I work out three times a week in the morning, and absolutely need coffee. I don't do an energy drink per se, but I will also have some Greek yogurt and a high-glycemic fruit, such as a banana. The yogurt is easy to digest even when working out, it has protein to enhance muscle growth and the fruit gives me a burst of glucose. Or at least that's the theory.

I absolutely love drinking Liftoff 30 minutes before I start my workout. It has vitamins that helps boost the metabolism (B6, B12 and Vitamin C) It's much better than drinking coffee and redbull cause I use to get shakey on those things. That's just me though since I am a bit sensitive to caffein. Check it out for yourself and compare. You can even maximize the use by cutting it in half cause that's all you really need.

No energy drinks here as I have plenty of energy. I do drink Shakeology though. I would consider it a nutrition drink though. I get my energy from doing P90X and Insanity 5-6 times a week.
