Ok, it doesn't sound very appealing, but it worked for me. You'll never know 'till you try. When my husband and I first got together we lived in a very small RV, in a pretty shady part of town. So I didn't go on my usual walks. I asked my grandma how she lost weight. She told me about apple cider vinegar and honey (mixed with water). So i started mixing 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and a tablespoon of raw honey in each glass before each meal (3 times a day). It burns off fat, but make sure to work out as well to keep toned and in shape. Whenever I was drinking it I felt a lot fuller as well and ate less, without feeling starved.
Different people do it different ways, some people use more honey to make it taste better. Either way there's health benefits associated with apple cider vinegar and honey. I've read that honey helps the digestive system, and has natural anti-bacterial properties, etc. Apple cider vinegar has been used as a health remedy since B.C. so it's gotta be doing something right. Google the benefits of both if you want more information. *********Make sure to use non-distilled apple cider vinegar for better health benefits********** |

Yes! Apple cider vinegar is amazing. I take it whenever I am feeling under the weather and I can't believe how much it helps. ---Mel

My MIL takes it when she has a sore throat or cough. I've never tried it.

I've heard honey is great for sore throats. The vinegar is good for fatigue and muscle soreness. Kinda like an energy boost. Drink it regularly if you have excess fat and it helps burn it away.
