Her "Quick Trouble Zones" session on Exercise TV is also great. It's 20-minutes long, but it gets the job done.

I also love Cindy Whitmarsh; she has this Incredible Abs series... #6 is the hardest and the best!

I have her 30 Day Shred which has 3 workouts for 3 levels of intensity---I did level 1 and felt it for several days--very hard, but very big on quick results!

I also love the 10 minute work out series--great for moms with little ones running around as it makes it easy to squeeze in time here and there, but my favorite is Turbo Jam--love the strength and tone work out and the standing abs workout.

I have those last few pregnancy pounds to lose, but more than that, I am trying to tone those problem spots that got way out of line during my pregnancy....It's been 2 years, though, so it's time to finally get my body back! Crazy how you can weigh close to the same, but your body is so different post-pregnancy.

That's good to know! I have the 30 day shred and I enjoy it. I have been going to a trainer/gym, but can't afford that anymore so I'm trying to find some good DVDs to keep the exercising up at home!
