Personally, I like the little tummy I have, and I’d rather it stay that way—little. So, I’ve started working out. Evidence is starting to prove the theory that lifting weights and using the aerobic exercise will help you reduce belly fat around your midsection. A healthy diet is also a good idea. So, I’ve summarized here a list of things you should take into consideration if you’re serious about losing that tummy. If you are experiencing stubborn belly fat that never seems to go away, we have an article about that too.

Default My wife's weight loss

After meeting with a Naturopathic Doctor a few years ago, my wife learned how to eat a more balanced diet of protein, carbohydrates, and vegetables. I've watched her go from a size 10 to a size 5 in about 2 years.

She does her best to avoid sugary foods and consumes a pretty good amount of protein - fish, chicken, beans, etc - and raw vegetables. She also works out by doing weight training 2 to 3 days per week and cardio 2 days per week.

I've been really impressed by the way she has transformed her body and want to encourage other ladies to stick to your plan and find something that works for you.

Losing weight might seem like an impossible task more many! Do your research on high protein, low carb diets. Only eat complex carbs in the morning such as oatmeal and the rest of the day fill up your meals with quality protein sources such as lean meats, vegtables, and healthy fats such as nuts. Do your cardio and you will be on your way your dream weight!
