Arrow Less Sugar...

The best way to lose weight is to decrease your sugar intake. The average American consumes 150 lbs. of sugar every year! This is, in my opinion, one of the leading contributors to obesity.

People think that they are eating "healthy" by consuming low fat processed foods when they're just packed with extra sugar instead of fat. Sugary beverages such as sodas, juices, etc. are toxic to our health. That's why we drink Yoli! It's sweetened naturally with Stevia.

It's all about input and output as mentioned in many of the posts. Calories consumed v. calories expended. Take advantage while you're young because once you hit menopause, metabolism slows down another 5% each year (according to a Dr. I talked with), and according to a report I heard on the news yesterday, women in Menopause need to work out an hour each day 7 days a week just to maintain.

We women don't get any breaks!!

I agree with the sugars and the other fatty foods that should not be eaten. Add some exercise routines once in a while and things should be looking pretty good in the mirror.

I actually just put together a 7 part series on
losing weight and put it up on my site.

But it is science...burn more than you take
in.

Eating healthy will help with this as your body
will feel better with better fuel, no doubt.

Running is a great way to loose excess fat, but just remember push yourself as hard as you can and push a little further. Try not to eat any junk food and stay healthy. Stay away from Fruits they are very high in Sugar it is natural sugar, but the sugar is not good for your body. I have a few weightloss articles on my site if you have a chance check it out. Default Breakfast

What really helped me lose weight is making a conscious effort to eat breakfast. Within an hour of waking up it releases a chemical that jump starts your metabolism. It also keeps you full until the afternoon so you don't snack during the day.

One thing is finding something you really enjoy doing, that doesn't feel like exercise. I love doing DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) on my XBOX. I burn a ton of calories, but it feels like a game instead of "work" so I will actually stick to it better than just going for a jog.
