I'm still losing weight (up to I believe 27.4 pounds now gone), but this week I'm taking a break from exercise. not because I want to but I seemed to have develop a swollen lymph node in the groin area (sorry TMI) so it's a little uncomfortable for my typical exercises

It's not serious and already has started to go down. It only becomes serious if it gets too big, too painful, or is still there after 30 days from what I found out. Will be back on track next week. I'm at 27.4 pound loss and holding - but it's staying gone!
