Sunday: Rest Day
Monday: ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Circuit 3
Tuesday: ChaLEAN Extreme - Extreme Core Circuit
Wednesday: ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Circuit 1
Thursday: ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Intervals & Ab Burner!
Friday: ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Circuit 2!
Saturday: ChaLEAN Extreme Burn It Off!

Ok, so I've started exercising again and plan on posting:

Monday - 20 min walk run - wk 0 day 1 C25K
Tuesday - rest
Wednesday - 15 min walk run - wk 0 day 2 C25K
Thursday - rest
Friday - 5 minute warm-up, 10 min stretching, 12 min walk/jog, 5 min cool down
Saturday - rest, went to visit my new granddaughter in Shreveport
Sunday - rest, cleaned house, mowed lawn
