Has anyone used the Create a Video Workout feature on Fitness Magazine's website? You can create a custom video that will help you target your trouble spots and it also allows you to set how long your workout will be it really helps take the guess work out of working out.

I created a workout focused on my arms and abs and I really like it. I am thinking in a couple weeks I will use the build -a-workout again to focus on a couple more of my trouble areas.

It is definitely something worth trying. The best part is that it is customizable and different workouts can be created so that you don't end up having to just repeat the same one over and over again.
