I purchased a really COOL machine a few months ago. All you do is stand on it for 10 minutes several times a day, and you get amazing results. I found it at my local home show.

I've had many friends come over to try it out and everyone wants one. Later I found you can get treated on the same type machine in a chiropractor office locally and they charge $75 per week, or something like that.

If any of you want to know about it or have tried it feel free to PM me.

That's a pretty neat tool - haven't seen that before. Thanks for the post and link.

Default Workout to target areas

I have not done this since I have been preached to over the years by many fitness experts that you cannot spot train. I will say that I am in the middle of the P90X program and I am impressed. Each day is a new workout and it gets me to workout areas I never use to focus on. I am 45 years old and it takes a lot for me to stay in shape. It is a daily thing.

I am on day 58 of my workout series. I always use to run and do the stair stepper but this is much more...
