It makes sense to have an amount of posts to reach before allowing a signature to try to deter spammers.

Default 30+ Posts Still no Avatar or Signature
ok, I have my 30+ posts, and I still cant add an avatar or signature. I logged out and back in, and I even cleared my cache/cookies etc. I go to CP but I just don't see the option. Am I missing something?
