I'm confused. What is Friends Notification and how is it connected to PMs? Do you mean notification when someone makes a friend request or...?

My guess is that whatever it is, you will need to check in your UserCP/Edit Options area.

Yes, I am trying to respond to a friends request, but this is the box I keep getting.

"You are not logged in or you do not have permission to access this page....."

Is there something I am failing to do to login properly?

Hmm...I'm stumped. I don't see anything in your profile that would prohibit you from being able to access those. Does it even allow you to input your password to "log in" at least or does it just give you the error message?
