Citizens come forward because they don't want this bill and are villified. So when you protest what the liberal media supports you are patriotic, when you protest what normal people truly believe in like not having the government seize control of our healthcare it must be a plot by organized hateful people. I'm sure the people who were terrorrizing CEO's were loving and throughtful citizens who truly had the best interests of this country at heart. |

You are the obssessed one. Do you think you are immune from the parts you don't read??? It is your attitude that has people up in arms. You are ignorant about why people are angry but ready to insult them out of your ignorance. That about sums up most of the supporters for the bill. They don't know what is in it but those of us who are against it must just be hate mongers to oppose it. What we are opposing you don't know because you haven't taken the time to educate yourself. However, we should all trust Congress who will not be subject to the bill. They've done such a fine job with the recovery program so far. I can't imagine why people aren't lined up to turn more freedoms over to goverment management. |

Obama with his own mouth has said that is what he wants Rhonda. And maybe I would see things a little differently IF I believed for a second he cared about the American people. But unlike you, I believe Obama has one ultimate goal - to seize power. And I think he will achieve that goal by whatever means.

People don't want to discuss government health care rationing who support the bill because it is "uncomfortable." However rationing is at the heart of this bill. There is only a finate amount of money to spend on health care. When that runs out we move to rationing. Rationing creates an incredibly ugly ethically dark power base. Who lives, who dies. That will be in the hands of our government.
If you read the history of Progressives in the Democratic party they don't have an issue with this. There is tons of writing on the topic stated openly and honestly. The early progressives were at least honest in what they presented on the topic. Now we are being openly lied to about it. There is no way to provide the kind of programs they are talking about without rationing. So who do you trust to be on this board deciding who lives, who dies? Who is worthy of a doctor and who not? The government is low on my list of people I want making those choices. However, people keep wanting to tip toe around this issue when discussing this bill. There is no way around it. Grandma has to go. Don't hold out much hope for the weak and the sick of any age either. Think this is outrageous than look at the bill, read the history of the people running these programs and ask yourselves why you trust them. |
