Also, on the bus issue, maybe you and the Democratic brain trust don't realize this but most Congressional representatives have fairly large districts. It would be fairly difficult for them to have town hall meetings in every single town in their district. For example, my Rep generally has one meeting in each of his counties in his district every year and he changes the town every year. So if I want to hear him in a year he isn't in my town I have to *gasp* drive somewhere else. Maybe, just maybe the reason people are taking busses to those meetings is because it is the only way they could get to them. Oh my God, don't let the common sense shock you to much. I know it is discouraged by your group these days but some of us still possess it.
You are way off base on this one. The buses had nothing to do with your state reps but the republicans that are sponsoring these shout them out groups. And as far as Rachel Maddow goes, she is not new to me. I have been watching her since day one. Yes, she usually does go back and do more research on certain topics which she may think need more attention or maybe she got the facts wrong. She is not a liar that you try and make her out to be. But that's you.

Are you offended by the tactics of ACORN? ACORN has been proven to do what you and RM"claim" the evil right wing is doing, so are you offended by them as well?

See your response is a classic duck and weave! When you can't answer a question, you avoid it and blame someone else.

And let me ask you something that will go over your head.

How can a community organizer, who ran for President on his experience as a community organizer, then complain when the community organizes?

The community hates this health care bill. They "unlike you" read it. They unlike you didn't have someone telling them to like or hate it, they read it and they went out on there own to stop it!

In turn they are attacked and called mobs, buy people like you. But if they would have been on your side, you would have defended them. I mean on your side they would be speaking for the public. On the opposite side they are nothing more than roaches to be crushed.

So Rhonda, how to you defend ACORN and dis these AMERICANS?

When did I say I wanted my own folder? Making up stuff again? Why? So you could have something to get all up in my face about? Whatever makes you happy I guess.
.....this is *exactly* how you are ducking and weaving, Rhonda. People ask you specific questions related to the thread that you decided to become involved in...yet, you decide to carry on and on about how "badly" people are treating you and how people are making stuff up.

Answer the questions! It's really quite simple.

...start a debate about abortion, the death penalty or related issues and you'll see the "regulars" getting quite heated with one another - but unlike yourself, we actually debate the issues vs. crying foul over how "nicely" we are being treated.

Which is actually quite ironic because you are simply proving the point you are trying to defend. If you can't win an argument (aka: the health care debate) attempt to distract attention to the actual issue by whining about how "mean" the opposition is. Apparently you've graduated Obama 101.

I caint not answer that Kamie for it tis over my head. Why is you even talken to me?

On one hand you say that Acorn has done the same thing. On the other hand you say these are not mobs but people with legitimate concerns. A bit contradictory don't you think.

If they had been on my side I would have defended them? How the heck do you know what I would have done. Just because you defend them does not mean that I would do the same. Stop reflecting your views on to me.

See some of us have taken the time to actually read the bill. We know what's in it and we don't want it. In fact more of us than not don't want the government to make our medical decisions. We like our insurance, we like our doctors and we like our medical care.

It amuses me to no end to see hacks like you, with no idea about what's in the bill, spout to those poor people on the fence. Then try to make out moderates, independents dems and republicans some how come to your side because of a fabricated story about the real reason people are pissed off.

Then if they don't they are mobs. I thought you ACORN types, and Barry fans loved mobs! Oh that's right, they aren't mobs when it's your guy promoting it.

Those who follow as blindly as you, deserve exactly what you get.

Still callling people names Kamie? Isn't there something against that in the rules. Maybe the rules don't apply to you.
I did read the bill. I won't stand here and pretend like you that I completely understood it because that would be a lie.
Yes yes yes, you are preaching the bill without understanding it!

My bad. EVERYONE LISTEN TO RHONDA, she doesn't know what in the bill but we should give up our freedoms! IT WILL MAKE HER FEEL GOOD, PLUS SHE"LL GET AN ACORN STICKER!

What question did you ask of me Simplesahm? I was talking about the issues and nothing but until you and others started getting angry and name calling, not to mention cursing. You are proving a point also. If you don't like what someone else is saying then start getting personal.
I am not trying to win a debate. That would be like trying to put my fist through a brick wall.
You actually debate the issues. Are you serious? You insult each other like there is no tomorrow. I don't think you know how to have a civil debate without calling people names. You need to look at some old threads. How quickly we forget.

No, I only preached about some of the parts I did understand. The living will, hospice, end of life

Yeah Kamie that is so true. Way to stick to debating the issues.
