Sweetsun....

thanks for the info.....unlike the pcs....well when my samp was eval, it basically was ....ok go for it....so i did....but i think i would rather make 100 folded boxes vs 5400 tiny pcs....OMG i have decided i am not going to go thru all those, so gonna punt off that and try somethin else.....

i will bet that the WC should have been in a bag....but i think a vet with TD can answer that better...

good luck on the box....i think your samp is the same as the one that was sent to me too.......
later all....

The samples have to be completely assembled. They have to be bagged and stapled if they are supposed to be bagged (magazine racks don't get bagged). Your WC will be rejected for it.

Well, that's a bummer. I hope they at least tell me what they think of my calendar even if they reject me because I didn't bag it.. So I will know if I'm on the right track the way I am making them, you know?

I think it's one of them but you don't have to be mad on TD as it's just the way businesses work. I even can't name it as a lie, you have to understand how busy they are and other things... In the begining around 4 months ago Dixie told me that my kit was shipped back on one date but when I've received it I saw another date... it was actually shipped 2 days later and these days weren't weekend days. I haven't reacted at all as it's normal.. we had to do some things like this quite offen. But they are not hurting anyone..
So as you see there can be several true stories from each of us and we have to stop atacking everyone who tells different story because any of them is real!

Hey 1usa,

I spoke with Dixie around two days ago and I did not immediately recognize her voice; she was indeed sick. She said it was laryngitis.

Hi, Nishka,

Dixie's voice always sounds more deep than other's. I had a lot of questions and called often during last 2 weeks. I am trying to remember our conversations and can't remember anything that could give me a clue about problems with her health. You can call me not attentive but I haven't noticed anything wrong and she wasn't complaining also. At least you and I can confirm that she worked all that days we called and there is nothing else to argue about.

Hi Nishka:

This has nothing to do with TD, but how do you get the "originally posted by" attached to a thread.

Who's arguing? You are assuming I was referring to the last 2 weeks that they were sick. I said they were trying to catch up because they had both been out due to sickness. When I stopped into the store 07/15 Kris was out of the office and had been for the previous 5 days. Then Dixie was sick and out of the office for 4 days the week following. So, I repeat, they are behind and they will probably be behind for another month or 2 if Dixie is sick again. So could we, please, get back on topic?

I still can't understand.. what has in common their sickness and turn around time? Kris and Dixie are not inspecting books, Dixie is most of the time on the phone or taking care of the mail... Even if they were out for a couple of days nothing would have changed so dramatically. The slowest part are inspections of our kits.. why should they be so behind if other people are working with inspections? I don't see any connection...
