Thanks girls! They did get back to me via email and were very nice. They just have lots of different color combinations they use so what I had was right.

I made my first poodle and I think it looks good but I have a feeling it'll get kicked back. My daughter actually told me she liked the red one (which is mine) even though pink is her favorite color and I was sure she'd like that one better (that is the sample one). So at least I know I passed her standards.

I'll let ya'll know if I pass.

I have a question about NEC also. I have tried for the past four days to either reach them by phone or to fax in an order for a new kit. I'm not getting an answer either way. Does anyone know if they are closed for vacation or anything?

Hi Fred,

Are you calling the right number?NEC has a message board that you can go to and there are many NEC assemblers that go there for any questions you may have the web site is http://newenglandcrafters.forumup.or...p?mforum=newen glandcrafters

I am surprised they are not answering there calls..cause they always answer when I call for anything.they must be on vacation or something...Go to that site and ask away with questions..you will get them answered

Hi,

I was asked by NEC to come here and post that if you are dialing the numbers listed on the website and not getting through to make sure you are dialing 860 and NOT 800.
