Ok, I emailed them yesterday but heard nothing. I tried calling the number listed on their website this morn.

It said " this call can not be completed as dialed"

Has anyone has any luck?

I've also done a reverse check on their address, and phone number and found nothing. I did a whois on the website and it came back to a different address, in another town in Va.Edited by: AmyVa

Hi Amy,

I tried calling a couple of days ago and I got the same message. I then emailed and just got a response today. The email said they have been busy with fairs and shows. I hope so! I sent in two pillowcase dresses and have not received an email saying they have sold. I'm waiting to see if these dresses sell before I send anything else in.

I am interested if anyone has yet to receive any sales from this source. I have items that I had consigned in the past and this sounds interesting, just would like some feedback.

Ive gotton an emaill from them and plan to send them some cart covers. Im excited! Ill keep you all posted.

I cant see how they make enough money though. They charge 10% ONTOP of your sale price. Thats it! Can that even cover the table fee for the craft show? That could be anywhere from $25 to $150! And Im sure it must take a while to set their booth up.

It is a good idea though, they could charge more IMO.

They must make money, cause on their website it says they started out doing around 2 craft shows a month and now they do about 14 craft shows a month. I'm sending them some stuff. My main source of confidence in them is that they have no complaints at the BBB. I think if they had ripped someone off, it would be on there. Especially if they did it a lot.

Hello,

I just wanted to let everyone know that I did business with Craftconsigners about 6 months ago. I had sent them $604 worth of jewelery (mostly necklaces) and on the 15th of every month they sent me a check for everything that had sold. Kim, who I guess is the owner of the business was very helpful. When it came down to the last few selling it took her a while to get them moving, so she even lowered her price in order to get them to sell. I would recommend this company to anyone. I know that I will be doing business with them again soon. Hope that helps you all.

Thanks Shutterbug! Sounds like a good idea to me. Actually
perfect since I really don't enjoy doing craft shows. I
emailed
them and like the rest of you, I recieved a really nice and helpful
response. I am also thinking about it and even preparing some
crafts to send. I am actually waiting to hear about
alwaysgoofy getting payment or not. Thanks for taking to plunge.
