I would also like the link to new forum. I did email Chers months ago but she never replied to my email.

justmeuc after a few tries on the horse I am sure they will switch you or why not try and buy the DVD and see if that will help you along.

I got my sample sheep back and did not pass and had to re-do it. Just hope it will get easier. Watch the DVD so many times.

I also passed on new style scottie but they forgot to send me paint so waiting on the paint to arrive.

justmeuc I would call NEC and talk to them. There is no point of doing a project that you find "evil". Good luck on the inspections, you'll get it.

I can only look at their forum for a while before it shuts down my window.

My kit came in the mail but because no one was home (my husband and I were both at work), the mailman took it back to the post office (we live in an apartment complex). I'm excited it is there, but I got to get time to pick it up.

I am sorry, I thought that it was the new forum because I noticed when I log in (when I could) I got redirected to a different forum (it looked the same though) and it had a few sections that you could view only if you were logged in. So, I thought THAT was the new forum. LOL I guess not...lol. Sorry.

I had emailed chers awhile ago also with my email and haven't heard back yet either. Guess we are still all waiting.

I sent them an email about the evil horse and I hope they let me switch. After making 38 of them and it doesn't get any better...I think it's time to throw in the towel. I only sent in 3 inspections and they took me about 2 1/2 hours to do...lol. I just don't see doing it correctly and consistently an option here. The other projects I am trying to pass is different. I know I will eventually get them, but not this horse!!

Inel--I feel for you on the sheep. They look so cute and easy...but I am going to steer clear of them!!! LOL I am glad they passed you on the new scottie...wooohooo! Are you still doing the old style as well? Or did you ask to switch to the new ones?

I'll let you all know if I ever become free of that dreaded horse!I asked them if I could switch to the sitting poodle...that is probably more my style if I could ever "cut neater" or "cut smoother" the scissors can't get any sharper...but at least I can make them resemble the sample I got...LOL unlike other 4 legged projects...

justmeuc, I waited over a month for more old style kitty and scotty supplies (already approved on old style then) and decided to call and they switched me to new style and had to get approved all over again. So now passed both on new style. But new style takes alot of time I think because of painting.

If you ask for sitting poodle you will probably get new style.

THEY WON'T LET ME SWITCH!!! I sent them an email asking to switch the horse and they said since I had not attempted to pass at least 5 times, then no. They said I should have sent in more of those other 32 that I had made..LOL!!!!! Now, I still have broken dowels and a horse I can't make. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I keep REALLY weird hours. I don't have a schedule, headaches make me sleep forever sometimes, while other times they keep me wide awake. LOL so you never know.

I'm sorry to hear that they won't let you switch yet.

And my kit is still at the post office. I work 9-5 for the next two days. I probably won't be able to get it until Friday.

Hi Everyone,
I'm new and I just ordered my sitting poodle. Has anyone passed inspection on that? I was actually wondering if the scottie might be easier for my first try...but from what I've read I KNOW I don't want to mess with the "EVIL Horse"
