I would try to see if you could get some kind of refund Sharon. Now I don't think you can return the DVD though...

It was so great to hear how everyone is doing. I haven't heard back about my gingerbread boy and scotty magnet yet.
Wouldn't it be great if we could exchange or purchase the used videos here on the forum somehow a little cheaper than purchasing a new one. It doesn't seem like you would need to keep them forever once you learned how to do your project. Just a thought.

Hey everyone,

If anyone is doing the snowman, for NEC, let me know if you want the training DVD for it. I have it untouched and we can make a reasonable offer instead of you buying it from them for $19.99. Let me know........Sharon

Are they going to let you get some kind of refund for the kit?

I'm not sure.........when I called them, the other day, they asked me the date of the post mark and it was dated back in June. So they said that it is proper protocol that a refund is supposed to be done after 7 days of receipt of my project, so we shall see. I hope I get something. It was totally untouched. I'll keep you posted. Thanks for asking.........Sharon

April,

Why would you get a "look" from your husband? You can tell me to mind my own business, but doesn't he know this will bring in some extra income for you?
