Default Glitter?

Hi all! I'm working on the magical lovebirds and the c horse. I was wondering if anyone on here knows the name of the "ultra fine" glitter that is used? I never seem to have enough... (I'm still trying to get approved), and I was going to try to buy it on my own. I can't seem to find anything remotely close to it in Micheals, Hobby Lobby, or Walmart. None of that glitter is small enough. Thanks so much for any input!

I just emailed them and they sent me some extra glitter. I tried to find it also. No luck.

Ahh, well I supposed I'll have to do that then. Thank you cwah mom for the reply.

For anyone who is doing the c horse... I'm having a lot of trouble getting the mane and tail to flow right... any tips? TIA!

Default glitter spray

I have found the spray at Hobby Lobby. Usually sells for 5.99 per bottle.

Tulip Fabric Temporary Glitter Spray - color is "Crystallina". It's usually with the paint and such for decorationg T-Shirts. It comes in a perm spray also, but what NEC sends is the temp spray.

You can also buy it online. If you have other craft stores near you they may sell it also.

Default supplies

I was wondering if anyone has gotten any supplies the past couple of weeks or has NEC been closed for the holidays? Just wondering if it's just me or if every one else is watching eagerly for the mailman?

Oh well...have used the time to try my hand at blogging & building a website.

It's been quiet at my house, too. That's ok with me because I have had other things to do now besides crafting. I would guess that not too much is going on there now, but I would expect it to pick up now that the holiday season is over.

I hope everyone has had a wonderful and blessed holiday season. We sure did at our house.

Hi Kathy
No crafting = boring time. I did take the time to try out some patterns from some craft books. I found a rag doll pattern to do. It is super tiny. About half the size of NEC's angel. It would probably be just the right size for an infant doll. Guess I'll make a few cases to kill some time.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Well after hearing so many good things about NEC i took the plunge and ordered the penguin but having trouble getting those little balls wrapped tight enough. After about going through most of my wool on my first sample might need to run to the craft store and get some more for practice so any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
