Hey Petra and Jessie what projects did you all order and are these your first ones. Are you all experience in crafty? I'm trying to get some ideas here.

Default Hi Debbie

I have ordered the Toe Ring Set, I should get my Kit by next Week Friday. Then I most likely will order another Kit, not sure which... I have done a lot of crafting, but never anything other then Christmas/Easter Ornaments etc for my own House. I do a lot of Crocheting and Knitting, wish they had Projects with that, lol

Default Hi Jessie

I ordered the one you are returning, the Toe Ring : ), I really liked that one and from reading the Forum, they did not seem to be as hard to start with then a lot of the other things. And I rather start slow with low Expectations, this way I don't get too discouraged and quit. My Motto is slow and steady rather then fast and crash, lol. All my Kids are grownups, they take care of themselves and do not live with me anymore. The Business I am working for went bankrupt, we are still working but get paid very irregular, so my thought on starting this crafting was, if the Business totally flops, I will not have to all of a sudden sit at home and feel crushed. And hopefully I will be approved with something by the Time that happens. There are no Jobs in my Area at the Moment, other then McDonald's etc. And that I ld rather leave for the Kids out there that have not been working all their lives already. So I figured if I start the crafting now, maybe I get good enough to earn a little extra Cash and be able to stay busy. It seems to be worth a try : )

I have also started taking care of an elderly Lady in my Neighborhood in the Evenings, Monday - Friday, with that and the crafting combined, I hope I will be able to make up for the loss of Pay if the Business I am working for totally crashes. And may not have to worry too much trying to find another Job quickly and then ending up having to do something I would not be able to enjoy doing. At least I know I enjoy crafting and I enjoy helping out my Neighbor. So I am really hoping this will work out and I can get approved with something : ) Not having anything to do at all and loosing an entire Full Time Income is a scary Thought and I would only drive my Husband Nuts, I have been working Full Time since the Age of 16, with short brakes in between, having the Kids. Staying at Home idle all of a Sudden, after all these Years being busy, I think, would only leave me feeling worthless and depressed : )

Post Hi Petra

Thanks for your reply and I hope everything works out for you as far as the business you work for. But I see you already have a back up plan which is a good thing. Let me know how the Toe Ring comes along seeing that i'm still deciding on what to buy. I won't be able to do it for another 2 weeks seeing that i'm moving by next month and dont want NEC to send it here i would rather have them from the beginning send it to my new place. I also crochet and cross stitch so that's what i have as far as crafting experience.

Just wanted to say Hi!

I have been emailing NEC with all of my questions... Just to make sure that they are responsive. They always respond within the same day I send an email. Very friendly and helpful. So - I have decided to order a couple of kits, seems like more than one is needed to keep the money coming in. My question is to anyone who gets a regular income from NEC.

How much in an average month do you make? I would be happy with $250 - $500 a month. Is that possible with 2 kits?

I have not read this entire thread... got to page 30 or so! Just wondering if anyone actually makes a regular income from NEC? I also got the impression that it could take up to 6 months just to get my investment back...

This is my assumed schedule...(including ship/wait time)

Order the kit - 2 weeks
Get approved - 6 to 8 weeks
Get the first 10 and get paid $10.00 - 4 weeks
Get 25 more and get paid $25.00 - 4 weeks
Get 50 more and get paid $50.00 - 4 weeks.
That's 6 months just to get my invested back

Wow - It could take a year to get to the max.

Is anyone posting here working on max shipments?

So glad this forum is here... I would have never even considered NEC if not for this place!

I think you're fairly realistic in the length of time that it takes to get your investment back. The approval time could be a little longer.

I don't know if many people are doing the max. It's hard to get to some of the higher max's. You have 10 days to do them from the time they send you your supplies to do them and get them back in order to stay at any level above 50 or increase by 50 to the next level toward max. So far I've stayed at the 50 level and work on several projects. However, I do not work full time 40 hour weeks doing this.

Your goal of 250 to 500 a month is possible. The low end of that scale is more realistic unless you're really working at least 40 hour weeks doing this.

You do need to work several projects in order to maximize your income as there is turnaround time involved in sending in finished projects and receiving more materials back to work on.

Default New here

Hi all,
I am new to this site, as well as NEC...actually, I have just recently discovered the company and am contimplating whether to give it a try or not.
I have a question some here may be able to answer...When you first begin, do you just complete one item and send it in for approval? Or do you complete a few before you send them in? Then, once you get approved, do you just make up the rest of the kit, or do you send in whatever you get done in a time period (say one week)? Next, once you start sending in projects that you have been approved on, do you automatically get new materials when you send in completed projects, or do they wait until you have completed the whole 200?
Sorry for so many questions
