The magnets are MUCH easier than the horses! You still may have to try a few times to pass inspection, but they are still much easier and, therefore, much more fun to make in my opinion! Hats off to all those people that do the horses! I don't know if you are permitted to use a stencil or not, but maybe you can make your own stencil in your own style or whatever style they want you to out of cardboard or something? It woudl be worth the time to make if you can have a perfect letter everytime.

HI
Someone asked about how much sewing is on the drum....3 little stiches that are easy enough for my kids to do. I do seriously mean it is easy. I still have to make another one tonight. then I think I will send it in. Who knows, hope I can make something of this. Have a geat day, Joanne |

Thanks for the response Cheryl. I figured that's how it worked but that question was bugging me. It's nice to know after we are approved we don't have to be so nervous each time of getting things rejected.

I agree Beth, that is nice to know.
Justmeuc that is true, I could make my own and the extra time is worth it for nice letters. I'm leaning more towards the magical birds than the birdhouse. Too many feathers on that birdhouse. ![]() Hopefully I'll have enough money either this Friday or next and I'll be able to send the money for the kit.Edited by: sojourn_fan |

I have a question about the sparkle spray. The samples sent to me for the magnetslook like they only have sparkle spray on them and no dusting of glitter. We are still supposed to put glitter on too right? (It would be a lot easier if we didn't!!) Paula |

I did it! I ordered the Magical Love Birds starter kit today. ![]() I'm pretty excited now, I can't wait to get it in the mail. |

Paula, you still have to dust glitter after you paint the sparkle spray on. I know that some people are just spraying the spray on but not sure how they are doing that because you would have toglue the finally item to the board. If you just spray on the glitter then add the glitter then glue some of the glitter will rub off and make your sample not look good. I just paint and dust.
I received my kitties yesterday and passed. So happy. The polka dots just gets to me. I found it a little hard not making the under color not show once you start making the dots. Just curious to know thosethat are making magnets - how do you paint on your polka dots. Edited by: samomof3
