My first project I ordered was the sitting poodle magnet and it is hard. So I called them yesterday and ordered another project which looks a bit easier........the snowman. He looks cute.Good luck with the birds and keep us updated on how you are doing. Also, we answer any questions you have so feel free to ask, as you have been........Sharon

I just ordered the sitting poodle magnet as a replacement for my carousel horse that was impossible for me to do! Thank god they let me switch it after the 5th try! I also ordered the drum and tropical birdhouse...hope they are rather easy to do as well. Keeping my fingers crossed for all of you!

Blessedx3--cheryl....yes, I do type VERY fast, but sometimes I make a lot of mistakes because I type too fast. Still can't keep up with the mind or the mouth though....LMAO

Hello everyone! I've been lurking on these boards for a while now and have finally decided it is time for me to come out of my shell and start posting. I am working on the CD holder from NEC. I thought after all of my years of sewing 4-H projects that it would be a snap, but I'm finding it to be a bit of a challenge with those small rounded corners. Happy Crafting!

A few more questions before I make my decision. I live in a small town, so does anyone know if most of the supplies needed for projects can be bought at Wal-Mart? Also, after you do finally get approved, is there a time limit to send in your work? Thanks for all of your help!

justmeuc I hope I can switch out the sheep when I reach my 5th try.

I am sure you can purcahse all the supplies at Walmart. There is no time limit to send in your work.

yeah they can all be bought at walmart. As long as your wal mart has a craft section in it. Its mainly like a glue gun, maybe thread or fabric paint, scissors, things like that. Easy stuff.

Yes, Walmart is the place to go if you run out of stuff. They usually carry just about everything if you need it. NEC is a really good company to work for. I did my 2nd attempt on trying to pass last Sunday, mailed it Monday morning, and I got the results back yesterday, (Friday.) So they can be fast about it when you are trying to get approved. Hope this helps ease your mind a little...........Sharon
