They only sent me two pieces of felt to make 10 scottie dogs....I can only seem to make 8 scotties with this. I went to walmart (the only place near here that sells craft suppies) and they don't have the color I need. I am wondering if they were supposed to send me another piece, or if I didn't cut them out right. Anybody?

Saddle hands down was the worst part. It got me so frustrated. I also hate glitter but that's me.

justmeuc congrats on passing the Scottie I'm very happy for you.

Your demon horse is on 5th inspection, that's great. So what project are you going to pick?

Thank you all very much! I am so excited. I am even more excited knowing I am that much closer to getting rid of the horse!

I have not done the reindeer, but it is similar to the carousel horse. My worst part was the mane. The hair is just everywhere, and the saddle was a bit of a problem as well. Getting it straight and "smooth" was an issue for me. still is an issue for me...lol.

Good luck to you on your reindeer. Make sure you really want to try it before you use any of the materials. I went and bought all the supplies separately from what they sent me so I could do some practice ones before sending any in for inspection. At that time, I didn't realize how perfect they needed to be to pass. Had I known, I would have sent the kit back and got something else. It really does need to be perfect to pass.
Wishing you all the best of luck, honestly!

I just sent in my first try for the poodle magnet. How long does it usually take to hear a response?

I have a question........I have not passed for the sitting poodle magnet yetwhich, by the way, is very difficult for me,but I have only done 2.Can I pick another project and trythat? Or do they frown on people doing multiple projects just to pass and become one of their workers? Any help would be appreciative. Thanks.............Sharon

You would have to call them and ask. When I first tried them (in 2005)I got the reindeer, attempted it but never finished it (modified it for myself instead), I explained to them my problem withthe reindeerand they let me exchange it even though pieces of it were used for the toe ring kit. Toe ring was fun except I couldn't get the cone right.

sharonklaus8567 I think you can ask to swap after 5 tries from what I have heard from some people. But it does not harm to give them a call and speak to them. I also one to swap one of my projects out but have to wait.

You can make as many projects as you want but remember for each kit you would need to pay $40 and try and pass them.
