shaluva1-you might want to start out with one of the magnets as far as to what kits you should try. I heard the scottie magnet(project #29) is the easiest to do of the magnets. I am not speaking from experience though. You might want to e-mail or call NEC about this as well. You might want to give it try to whichever project appeals to you and you think you'd be able to do. I heard that tropical birdhouse and love birds I think is what is suggested to beginners to try also. Have fun with whatever project you choose!Edited by: olga12

I was wondering if anyone has done the love birds, and if so, how hard are they to do. I'm not to sure about the magnets, as I have poor handwritting, and I know oyou need to write on the magnet. Thanks

I read on one of the posts that one person I think said that scottie was the easiest of the magnets to do, but another person I think if I remember correctly said that his or her critique came back as having too many stitches on the face. I haven't personally done any of the projects, but I tried to let you know what I have read from some of the posts.
