justmeuc,

You are so lucky your kids are older and you have alot of free time.

I feel like a crazy lady at times around my house. Having children vary 6 years apart keeps my life very entertaining. I am kept busy all the time and not to mention the toddler keeps me on my toes all day. I also have hundreds of photos talking about 1 and half years that I need to develop and scrapbook some of them. I made a cast of my belly when I was preggy over a year ago and need to finish that. I made some hands and feet of my toddler when he was a baby and need to finish that project. Other projects are needlework etc.
On top of this all I still help out at my son's school when the teacher needs help.

But I remember to do all this even with a smile because that is what being a mommy is all about.

This sounds interesting but how does the shipping work ? I understand costs are different depending on where you live in the country but "around" how much are we talking about? I assume you are reimbersed . Do they supply a shipping container for the whole rug vs the corners?

Dragonfly - I'm not familiar with what that particular program provides, in regards to shipping reimbursement/packaging. However, were you aware that the usps provides free shipping boxes and materials? You can order from their website www.usps.gov. I wonder if what they provide would work out at all? Just a thought...

When you do your training do they send you five squares to start off? I am just wondering if they only send one square and you get paid $1.50 it is going to cost you more than that to mail it back to them plus once you pay for paypal fees you would actually be in the negative! So how many do you start off with so that you are not in the negative? I know that this is for training and would't always be like this.

Also in the pay structure it says after 5 squares your pay goes up etc.... After 50 squares it is 4.00 per square do they count all the squares that you did in your training as well?

TIA for any information!

You mail teh goods yourself. When you register and start - they will send you one square with instructions. Shipping cost are not that much for the first square. Some people have said it cost them alittle over $1. I piad $2 because I mailed it off from a UPS store and the UPS store takes their portion. Next time I will mail it off at the psot office. You can use a large envelope to mail your square back. I did.

I do not think they supply a shipping container. You will probably have to get a box to ship the rug and corners. It was said that they are working on reimbursement for shipping.

This is what I asked the company:
How long before it is decided that we can get reimbursed a certain percentage on our shipping. What is the waiting period for it to come into affect? This is what they wrote - This was added to the FAQ section

"They are starting to update the FAQ questions. I asked a whole lot of questions this week. The owner wrote back to me and told
me that she was going to add my questions to the FAQ. So hopefully the FAQ has been updated already."

I have not had a chance to re-look at the FAQ.but you can look at my e-book and it explains to you everything that you need to know.

Here is the link.

They will send you 1 square to start off with. After that you will receive more squares and you will be given a rating from 1-10. Even if you do not have such a good rating they will still pay you and tell you your mistakes. I received a 10 rating. My next package they send me was two squares which I just complete and hopefully will mail off tomorrow if I can (due to giving my son a birthday party). If you feel that you can do the rug then you can request that with extra squares. Yes they count all the squares and rugs that you make. You will receive a sheet and on the sheet it will state the quantities of rugs or squares you have received and returned. They marked the dates on the sheet. This sheet you will return each time and they will give it back to you each time.

For the shipping I paid too much because I mailed it from a UPS store and they take off their charges. But if you were to mail from a post office it will be cheaper. I know from what I read from other it only costed alittle over a $1. I paid $2

Also if you open a persoanl Paypal account, charges or fees will not be deducted. I have a premium account which accepts credit and debit cards so Paypla takes off their charges. With a personal account if you want to use it for other uses like sell on Ebay and a person pays you will a debit or credit card it will not go through. I use to have a personal account just for selling odds and ends on ebay but everyone seems to pay via credit/debit card so I had to change my account to Premium.

Hope this helps.

Good info! I also want to add that if you have experience, let them know. I received 2 squares my first time and then requested a center and they sent me the whole canvas with the center section and the 4 corners. They are very responsive and always answer questions!

To start it could be $20(if still training)or $25 (first pay scale)for the center and $2 for each corner.(goes up to $4)Then it goes up accordingly. I'm going to request a higher pay scale to speed up the process if my work is satisfactory!
