I didn't see where you could buy the material, and just send $5.00. Wish I had done that, since they haven't received my money order yet. I mailed it Jan. 3. Edited by: Sandra

They were trying out that avenue however they said they were most likely going to discontinue that option since most people don't want to have to go and buy the yarn, etc. This way they supply all the material and after you reach the top payscale you get your registration fee back.

I received my first square yesterday. I am already experienced in latch hooking. Once I send in this square, do I have to complete training on the squares or can I move on to the middle section?

Richardsbaby - Great you got your square! If you are experienced what I would recommend is sending in a note with your completed square asking if you can bypass the rest of your training squares and can request a center section. I also just found out, and I'm going to start a new thread with this, that they have a big project they are working on where they are in need of a lot of the "squares" But if you request to bypass training if your work is good, then at least they'll send you more squares and pay you a higher fee.

Trilogy2006,

I believe you can sign up through our referral links. They are going stop taking orders from their own home page and let those of us that are affiliates get the referral fee. They are looking for serious homeworkers who they can rely on and our sites will be updated in the next couple of weeks as well.

You're welcome to look at my ebook and use my link if you'd like:

Richardsbaby, so glad you can finally latch hook with us. I really love it. Waiting for my next shipment and hopefully it will arrive quickly. Edited by: samomof3

Their site links are not very good on their site so you would really have to look for it. I will see if I can get the information for you and others. One lady that was going to join under me did not have the full registration fee and she emailed them and they told her she could get the supplies from Michaels art store.

Here it is after searching for it:

We're offering this free program to allow those of you that can not afford to pay the registration fee, the opportunity to join our program, and because we are in dire need of workers to help make our crosses.

If you can afford to pay the initial shipping fee of only $5.00 we will ship your designed canvas out today and you can get started latch hooking our crosses. We are trusting that you are serious about working and will return our supplies. We only offer a limited number of these spots per month, as it is easier for us financially to control any losses from those that apply and do not return the work.
If you decide to apply for this Free position you will be responsible for your own shipping. Packages usually run starting at 2oz, depending on how many squares you decided to do.
All supplies can be picked up at your Micheals Art's and Crafts or any major craft seller.
Supplies Needed
1 Latch Hook
Caron 4ply 100% Acrylic Black 7718
Caron 4 ply 100% Acrylic Sunflower 7723
each will make from 5 to 6 crosses with the small rolls

If you decide to choose this option then just send them an email and also give them the affiliate name that you would like to join under.

It's nice to have that option, personally though I would think it would end up costing more over time for the supplies than the registration fee which is refunded anyway after a certain point.

For those that want to take advantage of this, you may want to do so soon as last I heard they weren't going to leave this option open as there wasn't a big interest.

Yes, craftygal, it might cost more in the end but at least for those that do not have the money they can start this way and maybe later opt for paying the full registration fee if they have it by then. I am sure the owner will not object. But at least it is nice to know they have this option.
