Default Cowboy Casserole- Country Gourmet Style

I made my own version of Cowboy Casserole using a dip mix from Country Gourmet Home. (some people call it tater tot casserole)

1lb ground turkey
1 bag tater tots
2 cans cream of...soup (used celery. I hate mushrooms)
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups frozen corn
1 can black beans drained & rinsed
2 cups cheese divided (I used mixed shredded from Costco)
1 package Southwestern Dip from CGH
1/2 cup French onions

Preheat oven to 350. Brown Turkey. *Pour browned Turkey into greased 9x11 glass pan.
Layer corn then beans on top of meat. Mix together soup, milk, dip mix, and 1 cup cheese. Pour mixture as next layer on top of beans and spread evenly. Arrange tator tots neatly on top. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on tater tots. Sprinkle 1/2 cup French onions as final layer. Bake for 40 minutes or until tator tots are golden brown.

My husband at this all in the less than days and my 2 year old liked it too.*
I give myself 2 Thumbs Up!
