Smile okay.. I went ahead with this one I found online (tomorrow I will taste them YUM!)

It was real easy to make.

3/4 cup peanut butter, smooth
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
8 ounces chocolate chips
Directions:

1 In a medium bowl knead peanut butter, margarine, vanilla and sugar, with your hands, until smooth dough is formed.

2Shape into half-inch balls, place on tray lined with wax paper and freeze for at least one hour.

3Melt chocolate in the microwave.

4Use 20-second zaps and mix in between each zap until smooth.

5Insert a toothpick into each peanut butter ball and dip ball into melted chocolate.

6Return to wax paper and refreeze.

7Store in airtight container and serve from frozen.

I love these things, I really have to stay away from this year though, trying to shave a few pounds...

A LONG time ago when I was a nanny, my boss had me make these for treats for her and her family. I had some too and I loved them! I still make them and the kids and husband love them too.

1/2 honey
1/2 peanut butter
1 cup powder milk
1 cup oats

Mix all together, roll into balls. Refrigerate in an air tight container. Enjoy!

I like peanut butter a lot, but have an allergy for peanuts.
And as far as I remember this stuff is really addictive - just try to stop, no way!

That is so tempting! I use to eat them when I was a kid. This is probably a lot healthier than some desserts.
