I like cold turkey sandwiches with cranberry sauce on the side. We also usually make lots of homemade dressing and reheat the leftover turkey with the dressing.

I was also going to say the turkey milk gravy over toast. It's delicious.. Just heat some milk and add a tiny bit of flour, then the turkey. A can of peas is nice too. Simmer until it thickens then pour over toast... mmmm

I like to make turkey salad, like chicken salad. I put celery, eggs, apples, onions and relish. Make sandwiches and with soup...Yum!
