Easy Spinach Linguine
Boil 1 pkg. linguine in well salted water. When the pasta only has a few more minutes to go, put in one block of frozen spinach, which you have thawed (at least partially). When the two are done, drain everything. Add 1/2 stick of butter and a 1/2 to whole package of cream cheese. Stir this all together with some milk to get a nice consistency. Parmesan is optional. Delicious and even the children love it! ---Mel
