Long Term Employees

Okay, after reading the negatives and positives on this company I am considering applying. I just wanted to get an idea of how many folks have been employed by CLC for a long time. Also, I believe I read you have to get 2 "leads" in a hour. How difficult is it get those done consistently? If we have to work min. of 15 hours a week that's at least 30 leads a week.

ETA: What is the average number of leads you accomplish a week, if you don't mind?

Are there any other benefits besides being an employee and bonus pay?

HI new to the forum. I found this site after i started working for clc. Well i have not been with them long but i love it. I know some people have had bad experiences but i find it to be honest work but i also don't mind cold calling. I don't always make my quota and i do worry that it may cost me the job one day but i hopefully not. When i needed to get in touch with someone I usually did or they called me back wtihin 48 hours. I am a single mother with two boys and am going to college so this job is very nice also the pay is not bad either . I guess if you don't mind the work then this is a good job. They don't hound you as along as you make your hours and they give you time off with no hassle. I must say I have ALWAYS been payed promptly in the mail and can't wait to go to direct deposit . I don't know how much this will impact anyone since i have been working there over thirty days but less than ninety days but if god wills i am going to work there a long time. to all those who had bad experiences i am sorry and hope you find online jobs.
