I just started; still in training. I have Sunrocket (voip). They said it was ok. The phone line is connected into the computer's modem with another phone cord running from the computer back out to a wall phone jack. I think this works because I have Sunrocket running off my phone jacks.

I dont think it will work with me because I dont have regular phone service. So I cant do dial up. I have cable internet and cable phone services. Do they allow hand dialing?

Do you have phone jacks? I don't have phone service either. I just use the jacks. I'm not sure what the difference is between voip and cable phone service. Anybody know? Edited by: kaydville |

No you do not hand dial. Have you already applied? If so then I would ask Nancy I am sure that she can help you figure it out if nothing else.

I have a waj but it isslow right now.....heard of CLC along time ago but thought with 4kids it might be kind of hard to do...My oldest is 10 and youngest is 1.....Anyone working for them with small children...if so how do you work it? Brenda |

check the back of your computer, if you have phone plugs in the back, you should be fine... remember dial up inet? lol, you're basically using the old dial up inet, to dial into their system and call the customers... I actually have my cordless wired right into the back of puter, and I can use my phone fine... both for the job, and off job... My question is, I want a usb headset, this should still work right? when I do the offline training, I can still hear my modem dialing up, so I assume that a usb headset will work (specially since the usb headset says works for voip calls.... Day 3 of training for me today, and I'm lovin it....ba daaa da da da, |
