Definitely PZ if you haven't looked at the benefits of this company, start looking now as it is a great time to start with a rapid growing company. I'm a equipment operator and make great income every month from them and have grown a team.

Take a look at Bellaroma too! I've been so excited to share about this company. They really treat the consultants well and have a fabulous product line! PM me if you'd like more info.

A little info on Mia Bella: Our Eco friendly Palm Wax combined with our outstanding comp plan. We are the only DS company where you can buy below wholesale and resale at parties, outright, shows ect. No quotas either. You are YOUR OWN boss. It is true wholesale with incredible earnings on your product. I never wanted to make 15-30% when I could get up to 100% percent return on a product. And we make our money upfront....besides residual and online sales we get cash in our pocket with sales. That sums it up for me

Hi Sophine!

It sure is tough choosing the right company, but I let people know to ask serious questions before deciding whether its with my team or another company. I've posted many in this forum before so here goes, some may be new.. Lol

What is the companies history and background of the founders? Ie how long have the owners been in the business?

Does the company have any BBB or DSW complaints?

Is the product of high quality?

Is the product consumable? Will there be a need and want for people to reorder consistently?

Is the product unique? Does the product/company have qualities that make it stand apart from others?

Is the product easy and safe to use and for the environment?

What fundraising options are there and will the product be a new draw for an organization?

What charitable organizations does the company support and do your sales go to support that charity?

Is the market saturated with the company? In other words is there an open market or has the company already been in your area for a long time?

When choosing a team, what type of support will you be offered?

How is customer service at the company? How are returns handled?

Those are just some off my list that I even ask people looking at my business to review.

I hope this helps in your quest! Have a wonderful New Year and best of luck!

Michelle

Excellent reply. In business 'Doing Diligence' / throughly researching any business or business partner is so important. Online you can key in phrases such as the company name and the word 'complaints.' You can also key in any company name and words such as 'lawsuit' or 'litigation' If a company is currently in litigation and the cause is something that fundamentally amounts to unjust treatment of associates or products/services that harm customers I would wait until it is completely resolved with evidence that the company is movinvg forward in a positive and beneficial direction to all associated with the company and its customers. I would also 'Do Diligence' every quarter and regularly monitor your company of choice as it is mentioned in the news/press that way you have a 'heads up' as to activities that may affect your future ability to do business and be profitable with your company of choice.

Remember, the last thing you want is to have a company close after you as a distributor have invested and developed your personal business to something that is your main source of income. The equivalent to this is being laid off from a few companies in your chosen field only because those at the top have been sued to the point of destruction of the business or your industry and positions within it have been put out of business due to competition outsourcing work overseas.

All of the companies you mention make nice things and the best part is that because they are not food products or things like makeup they are easy choices for customers looking to buy gifts for men or women and to freshen their home or workspace.
