Products, honesty, number of consultants and leniency. I like to know that I would be able to conduct the business the way I want without too many rules. I want to fill like it's my business rather than feel like I'm working for someone. If they have a quota I hope it's one that can be made easily. I prefer to promote sales online.

I am so with you on that! I prefer online as well with my little one at home and it makes it easier to reach out to people as well. I was with a company once and they kept changing the "rules" as you grew so I know what you mean about working for someone. That's why I don't work at a office!

Best of luck to you with your business!! Trying to give some of the Newbies some different information to think of before signing with any company. Some of us have made mistakes that we can teach others from!

I know the feeling! Bad sponsors, bad consultants, bad corporations... Don't know if I'm just hard headed or optimistic! If you ever want to try candles let me know! Of course I'm always trying to grow my team but I learned that's what makes you successful in the long run as long as you help your team be successful too!
