I use a spreadsheet but as my team grows, it becomes more cumbersome. The question is, what are you trying to track exactly?

Pure Romance keeps track of EVERYTHING for us in hte backoffice. It is so helpful. I think most companies do this...

Our back office keeps track of your entire downline as well as customer purchases that include phone numbers, address and email information.

most backoffices do, but sometimes you want a system that is more convenient. For instance, if I am at my day job and want to look at something, I cannot log into my backoffice but I can look at the file that I have on my flash drive.

Thanks everyone..........for the advice........... I need all I can get!!!

Our back office does keep track of most things but I guess what I'm looking for is how do you handle motivation and keep track of calls that you make to them, how often do you call them, do you have team meetings, conference calls etc........ My problem is that I'm not really sure what I need to keep track of!!!! I want to grow my team and motivate them to do the same......... We are a new company and I already have a lot of girls under me and just want to keep on top of the team!!! I have a Droid phone so I was looking in the Market for an app to follow my team....... when I can't be at home on the computer. Anything would be helpful.........

if you have a google account, you could create something in google docs that you could access with your phone probably. beyond that, i'm not sure what you could use when on the go with just a smart phone

Good idea..........I'll have to check that out.......... I did find a Free App......... called "my consultant" it helps with calculating prices, shipping, tax etc......... and they have a Travel Expence section for 99 cents, the other sections are "coming soon"......... so maybe they will have the downline added!!!!

I'm with Scentsy and our workstation manages all of that for us. I've been in several companies and have to say their workstation is one of the most organized that I have seen.
If you have yet to navigate your workstation (backoffice) I would encourage you to be trained as much as possible on it. If it isn't as useful as you'd like it to be, Excel is your BFF
