Default Start thinking outside the box.....

Is business not as good as it should be? Find out why
Always look for feedback from your customers.... what's right, what's wrong.

I find it absolutely hilarious watching a show like Kitchen Nightmares where the owner is complaining that they don't know what is wrong while at the same time the customers are telling the cashier that their food was horrible or service was bad.

Sometimes we ignore the subtle complaints and don't take them seriously enough.

Just tweaking your business a little bit can pay off with handsome dividends

Having a yard sale in the summer heat? Sell ice cold pop or water at checkout and make more $$$
customer won't look at it as as an effort to earn you extra profit, but as you offering a convenience to them.

Selling an item that will be a birthday/Christmas/Anniversary present? offer to gift wrap the item for a small fee. (or even for free)

Just get a good sized order/sale? Throw in something free in the box with a thank you tag on it

In this day of automated phone systems, lousy customer service at the big box stores, a little extra service is well worth the effort to attract that repeat business

Customer service certainly makes us stand out from the crowd, and in the long run, may earn us extra $$. Great info.

Amy
The poster sells "splats" you got little kids
You just gotta get his pink pig, my grandsons still laugh!

I bought his startup kit, but bad me, gave most away at Christmas, haha
Gonna have to buy more for my vendor events.

You toss the pig and it Splats flat them pulls itself back into shape.
WAY too funny. Grandson threw it too high and it stuck to our ceiling.

Took awhile for it to fall.... kids laid on the floor to wait!
