Default Key factors in making promotional products!

Promotional products are something that many businesses use, but few use effectively. I get bags full of pens at conferences, but rarely do these ever incline me to deal with that company ever again. Chances are most promotional product use, ends with similar results.

There are a few key factors in making promotional products work.

1. Give people something they want!
2. Don’t skimp out!
3. Design them properly!
4. Quality targeting is more important than quantity!

Default You are so right.

It is completely important to have great promotional products. They can even be free ebooks and ecourses to get people to subscribe to a mailing list for your website.

I've found ecourses to get more results as they are a little different than the typical ebook you seen given away.

Thanks for the tips.

The use of promotional products is really helpful. There have been many claims that the use of them increase sales and revenues. This will really help. Thanks for this, apatison982.

For what it's worth: as a customer, promo items I like and use :
pens; Koozies (cans); baseball hats; cool t-shirts; car air fresheners; sport schedule items and of course all high ticket items (like appliances, tents, etc)

here's what I get I don't use :
cups/travel mugs; mousepads; pencils/ erasers; magnets (well I do keep sport schedule ones); window clings

I was taught in college that promo items are not intended to incite immediate or impulse sales, "see then buy" but rather a long term marketing method used to get your name out in front of large numbers of people for 'name recognition' over a longer period of time- If used a lot, will be seen over and over for a more subliminal message. They aren't expecting people to run down and open an acct. because someone saw a name on an item (although can be a welcome result)
