You're asking a big question -- so let me turn it around with another question:
* are you asking "how do I market myself as a social management expert?" * are you asking "what in the heck is social management?" * are you asking "how do I manage all that facebook/blog/twitter/etc stuff?" * are you asking "what's worth spending my time on and what's a time waster?" (not trying to be a pain in the neck, here. I'm giving a talk on this topic this weekend and have just finished working up the seminar (it's for writers and I'm giving it at a science fiction convention in Houston.))
