Thanks for your message. I own and operate a website that allows people to post their Gigs so that they can find clients for the services that they provide. Is there a place to post on your site for this?

You can promote your site free in yahoo groups (search for wahms, biz ops, wahm ads, wahm spam), on free classifieds, and work at home type forums. Those are all free. Then type in wahm advertising, or wahm ad spots in yahoo or google search and you will find all you need.
