Twitter is a good one.
Just have to find people that are interested in the same things you are.
Then you can make a facebook page.

Lately I have been trying Google marketing. I'm in a very competitive market though - so I'm not sure yet if it has a good ROI for me.

I am using Facebook for my Beijo Bags business. I actually have someone signing up tomorrow just by viewing the bags on my site.

Keyword research/SEO and I'm going to start guest posting more. I also have an active Facebook page but that is more for making connections not promoting my business.

Hey! That's a good question. Without people to talk to, you can't make money! I've been very lucky, I was able to find a home business that allows me to make twice what I used to make working outside the home. I have had as many as 400+ people on my team and I always teach them the same thing, day in, and day out.

"You want to have 5-6 form of marketing or advertising going on simultaneously, each and every week"

So with that said, here are some ways that I market my business!

In no particular order:

1. Printed materials in local businesses (www.vistaprint.com) Put your items out in 10, 20 , 30 local businesses but the KEY to this form of advertising is...follow up. Keep refilling your supplies.

2. Free Online classified ads - for this to be 1 form of advertising you should be posting 10-20 ads daily, 5-7 days a week on 3-5 sites

3. Small $15-$25 help wanted classified ads in local community papers .

4. Passing out post card sized marketing materials to other moms I see out in pubic. This has worked wonders for me!

I hope this helps! :-)

Organic traffic is first. It will be flow even you absence a month. Twitter is a good stream, but it works when you have a large of targeted followers.
