I used usfreeads.com. They have free advertising and also paid advertising for better placement and to get more ads out. I got a lot of hits on my ads there.

Default Free Ads

Okay share your secrets on Usfreeads...I have placed ads and paid for an upgrade and have had ZERO hits. What is the trick?

I am also looking at a form of advertising that will generate leads and isn't Scentsy saturated.

You have to make sure your title will grab attention. Also, all my ads had pictures. They allow 1 picture for each ad. Many affiliate programs have pictures you can copy.

If you haven't already, try all your free advertising avenues before you start spending money.

There are a ton of free advertising forums and classifieds, as well as, traffic exchanges out there. It takes time, and a lot of searching on the net to find the ones that appeal to you, but it can get you a few hits now and then. I've gotten the most results from Backpage personally.

As someone mentioned above, a good 'catchy & curious' title can make a big difference... your ad/site isn't worth a bean if nobody clicks the title to look at it.

I just read a good book by Andrew Goodman. It is Winning Results with Google AdWords. I would recommend it to anyone who is marketing online.

Google free classified ads. adlandpro-craigslist-usfreeads-there are 100's
It takes work using classifieds, You have to be consistant in posting your ads.

I keep a list of the classified ad sites and ads I use, in a folder.

When I am posting ads, if I see one that catches my eye, I copy it.
Then all I have to do is tweak it a little for my business.

Here's a little tip! DO not waste your time reading other ads!! Just post your ad & move to the next site!

Google advertising is VERY expensive. You are competing for keywords that the heavy hitters are using, like the owners of the companies or product lines. They have some sticky rules also. They do not accept replicated websites. So you have to have your own website.
