Umm... I'm not a professional photographer. That is a bit nit picky.

I really wanted to have a social networking site and a baby boutique. Any ideas on how to combine them, but make the boutique the main focus? Ill play with it. hmmmmm

Default hi

SEO is the process to use the Search Engines (such as Google) to your benefit - and funnel traffic to your website.
Remember - there are MANY different techniques to drive traffic to your site.

SEO is just ONE method (albeit a big one).

So Ive decided to make 2 different websites. Separate the community site and the baby boutique. So now what would you like to see more of/different etc on the baby boutique site. It will be completely different. Once I get it going Ill attach a link to it.

Two weeks is not any time at all online. It's hard to give you advice not knowing what you're already doing to promote your store. Do you have a marketing plan that you're following? Are you doing something everyday to market your business? Are you marketing to your target customers? Did you develop your site with SEO (search engine optimization) in mind?

You also need to learn a lot about how to make your website attractive to visitors when they get there. If I'm looking at the right site (gaspsngiggles.com) the home page does not look anything like a site that sells baby clothes. And even more than the visual design, I'm talking about things that would let a potential customer know why they should shop there. Even the main page of your boutique is all about you. Customers want to know what's in it for them and you've got to convince them you're the person to buy from. Try to present all the reasons someone should buy your clothes, and answer all the questions a customer would have about the clothes and shipping and returns, etc.

Look at some well known kids' stores online and see how they're set up. Or search for specialist baby clothes or handmade baby clothes and take a look at the sites that come up on the first page of the results. I'm not suggesting you copy others sites, but we can all learn from others' success.

Don't be discouraged so early. Keep learning and making improvements and before you know it that first sale will come in.
Thanks for the awesome and interesting info and its been such a useful information.... thanks for sharing........

Just a suggestion, you could leave the site with the forum and set up an Etsy site for your baby clothes. People go to Etsy to find homemade baby stuff and jewelry and all sorts of other items. If you don't know just go to etsy.com, I believe it's free to open a store.

Hi there

To start driving traffic you should look into article writing, and possibbly make a few videos, to do this you must have knowledge of keyword research, then you can drive fresh traffic to your site. Good luck with your new business. Take Care
