Question Domain and hosting?

Does anyone know where I can get a domain and web hosting with tons of features for $15? The search is on! Lol.

You can get free hosting at Byethost.com.

Or hosting for 1 domain at hostica.com for $1 per month ($5 deposit payable).

There's only a little little variation in the price of domain-names between different registrars. NameCheap is worth a look.

If you want to use it for a business, a .com is probably best, but if a .info will do, those are under $1 from GoDaddy.

Don't host where you register, even if it saves money. Or get a "free" domain-name included where you host. These are mistakes.

Good luck!

I've been happy with dreamhost although I do hear hostgator mentioned often.

I agree. I did this from the beginning because I figured if I don't like the host I can easily find a new one, get my account set up and just change my name servers over and after all is said and done then I can cancel my old host without any down time.

If you do a search for godaddy.com, they had a coupon for 99 cent .com domains. don't know if they are still doing it so you would have to google it. but i got one of my domain through them. i would never use them for hosting because of all the bad i've heard about them but so far so good with my domain registry. :-)

Send a message via Yahoo to tishialee
Default Mom Webs

I wanted to jump in and let you know about a hosting company called Mom Webs. I've been using them for four years now and they rock. The customer support is outstanding and they have even just recently created a new helper hotline where you can get one on one telephone support for questions related to wordpress, affiliate & internet marketing, etc. Out of the four years that I have been hosting my websites with them there have only been one or two times that my site has been down due to server issues.

I honestly can't put into words enough praise about them. If you're interested in checking Mom Webs out the link is MomWebs Blog

I use Namecheap and GoDaddy for domains and I agree with tishialee; MomWebs Hosting is excellent (and very affordable). The funny thing is, they have some of the best support around but I never have to use it because nothing ever goes wrong.
