It can be used in aerography on the car body, I can paint not only wheel rims, but also hub-caps, license plate and bumper guard.
Personally, I think it sounds interesting. I'm not a car enthusiast, but do know that some of them really like to do anything to get noticed.

Sounds like your business will be very localized, at least until you have some kind of product you can ship and/or unless you either have people ship you stuff to paint or you team up with a manufacturer. Do you have a large enough LOCAL base of car enthusiasts to make a viable business?

If so, I'd suggest you start thinking of very targeted local marketing. Car shows? Car supply stores? Do you have a website? This should also be very targeted to your locale. That's very important in this type of business. But if you plan to expand beyond your area, it's a good opportunity to get a jump on the competition and own the keywords, etc., that will drive people to your products. Longevity plays a big role in search engine optimization and being the first one publishing in the market is much to your advantage.

Good luck. Hope that helps.

Alison

Sounds like an interesting product. You might promote your business to your friends by posting pictures, etc. on twitter or facebook (it seems to be working well for some of my friends). You can also research and join any forums where you can chat with car enthusiasts, etc. Do your own car and drive around everywhere. If people find it interesting, they will ask you about. Word of mouth is the best way to get a business going. Wishing you all the best!!
